Edward is the Marketing and Operations Manager at The Grand Resort and Spa. As part of Operations, he heads up the Front Desk and Guest Services teams for the resort. Edward has a background in hospitality management with experience in several family-friendly hotels, specialty boutique resort lodgings, and long-term vacation rentals.
