EDWARD OTTO ZIELKE
Edward is the Marketing and Operations Manager at The Grand Resort and Spa. As part of Operations, he heads up the Front Desk and Guest Services teams for the resort. He is well renowned throughout the travel industry, worldwide, specializing in LGBT resort lodging management in South Florida. Edward has a background in hospitality management with experience in several family-friendly hotels, specialty boutique resort lodgings, and long-term vacation rentals.
He specializes in Creative Marketing – Graphics and Web Design. An innovative project manager, particularly skilled in creating and directing corporate and new business design to support business goals and professional image. An analytical leader, who is adept at creating innovative solutions by incorporating the client’s’ vision with superior design. He is noted for a complete understanding of the framework necessary to build a cohesive workflow plan. He has worked for several Wall Street firms which include J.P. Morgan Chase and Morgan Stanley.
