In the Summer of 2000, Casey, along with partners based in his hometown of Milwaukee, purchased The Grand Resort. He saw a niche for a sophisticated, yet fun, gay-owned & operated spa-resort in Fort Lauderdale. He believes by providing a wealth of amenities in a laid-back atmosphere that there is much for both the gay business & leisure traveler to enjoy.
A South Beach resident since 1999, Casey concentrated on Real Estate and has sold over $100 Million of property in the area at venerable projects such as The Setai & Ten Museum Park selling at both on-site for the developers. Casey continues to specialize in the sales of luxury residential condominiums using his years of experience in high rise development & new construction to best safeguard the interest of his buyers. He has now also successfully entered into the marketing & sales of existing luxury condominium & waterfront property using his extensive network of contacts & precision marketing to achieve the best results.
