As always, the safety of our guests and our employees is our #1 priority.  While we all become acclimated to the new normal due to COVID19, we would like you to be aware of the enhanced cleaning and social distancing protocols that will be in place to provide you with a safe and enjoyable stay!!

Common Areas

1. We are going above and beyond our normal cleaning protocols.
2. Our enhanced cleaning protocols include frequent sanitation of high use public areas.
3. We are also encouraging social distancing in all public areas, this does not apply to members of the same household.
4. No Public restrooms are be available. Guest should use bathroom in their specific room.
5. Hand sanitizer is available throughout the resort.
6. Social distancing must be practiced in the Pool

Rooms

1. The cleanliness and sanitation of our guest rooms in a top priority.
2. We are using hospital grade disinfectants to clean all surfaces and electrostatic sprayers with disinfecting mist to sanitize room surfaces. Linens and towels are being washed and sanitized in accordance with local guidelines.
3. The frequency of cleaning during a guest’s stay will be altered.
4. Minibar items have been removed from all rooms. They will be available for purchase at the front desk.
5. We have also removed pens, memo pads, and periodicals from guest rooms.

Facial Coverings

1. Guest must wear facial covering when they are in public areas of the resort.
2. Facial coverings are required when receiving treatments at the Spa.

We continue to monitor Broward County’s websites and airport information for up to date announcements. If the county issues any directives, The Grand Resort and Spa will alter cancellation policies.
