How to Spa

Walk-ins welcome, but appointments are strongly recommended.
Arrive 15 min early to check-in.
Non-resort spa guests are welcome to use our amenities during spa hours.
Draping for spa guests is up to your comfort level, we provide as much or little cover as you need.
For your best Spa experience, please tell the therapist any specific requests or limitations.
Please turn off phones and be respectful of the others Spa experience.
If you need to re-schedule or cancel an appointment please notify us 4 hours in advance. Package cancellations please notify us within 24 hours.
To make an appointment, use the drop-down menu to e-mail a request for the services. The spa will call or email you to confirm your appointments.
Your times and services are not confirmed until you hear from a spa technician.

Spa Hours: Monday through Sunday, 9 am to 7 pm – the last appointment for 6 pm.

Package Deposit and Cancellation Policy
A full Deposit (100% of the package price) is required at the time of booking. The deposit is refundable if canceled at least 14 days prior to your arrival date less a $50.00 administrative fee. 25% of the deposit is forfeited if canceled within 14 days of arrival date. Package pricing includes tax. Gratuities excluded.
