Holidays and special events include, but are not limited to the following: New Year’s, Presidents’ Day Weekend, Easter, Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th, Labor Day Weekend, Halloween, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
When booking on-line, a one night deposit is taken.Â The remainder will be charged by the hotel when we receive your reservation.Â A new confirmation showing the total deposit will be sent to your e-mail.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:
Our check-in time is after 3PM, whileÂ check-outÂ is 11:00AM. We will do our best to accommodate both early arrival and late check-out requests.Â You are always welcome to enjoy our property should you arrive before 3:00pm or need to stay after 11:00am.
In keeping with the Florida Clean Air Act, all of our accommodations are smoke-free.Â Failure to respect this policy will result in a $250.00 cleaning fee billed to your account.
