RESERVATIONS:

We suggest making reservation in advance during Holidays and special events.  We will do our best to accommodate specific room requests.

DURING PEAK SEASON, HOLIDAY AND SPECIAL EVENTS WE REQUIRE A FOUR NIGHT MINIMUM. Booking patterns may allow for shorter stays.  For inquiries call 1-800-818-1211

CANCELLATION POLICY:
All reservations canceled within the allotted time period will be refunded their deposit less an administrative fee $25.00 (see deposit policies below). Please note that package reservations have different deposit and cancellation policies. Refer to package information on the Rates page.

HURRICANE CONDITIONS – Please be assured that if a hurricane is forecasted to impact our area, we will cancel your reservations and refund the FULL deposit.

PEAK SEASON  – DEC. 23 thru APRIL 30 – 14 DAYS

OFF SEASON – MAY 1 thru DEC. 22 - 7 DAYS

HOLIDAYS and SPECIAL EVENTS – 30 DAYS

Deposit Policies 

» 4 NIGHTS OR LESS – 1 night room and tax

  • 5 NIGHTS OR MORE – 50% room and tax
  • Thanksgiving – 2 nights room and tax
  • Christmas/New Years - 3 nights room and tax

Holidays and special events include, but are not limited to the following: New Year’s, Presidents’ Day Weekend, Easter, Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th, Labor Day Weekend, Halloween, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

When booking on-line, a one night deposit is taken.  The remainder will be charged by the hotel when we receive your reservation.  A new confirmation showing the total deposit will be sent to your e-mail.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:
Our check-in time is after 3PM, while check-out is 11:00AM. We will do our best to accommodate both early arrival and late check-out requests.  You are always welcome to enjoy our property should you arrive before 3:00pm or need to stay after 11:00am.

SMOKING POLICY:
In keeping with the Florida Clean Air Act, all of our accommodations are smoke-free.  Failure to respect this policy will result in a $250.00 cleaning fee billed to your account.
