We suggest making a reservation in advance during holidays and special events. We will do our best to accommodate specific room requests but it is not a guarantee. PEAK SEASON, HOLIDAY & SPECIAL EVENTS REQUIRE A 4 NIGHT MINIMUM. Booking patterns may allow for shorter stays. Higher rates and minimum stays may apply for Weekends, Holidays, Atlantis/RSVP Cruises and Special Events.
– 4 Nights or less: 1 night room/tax
– 5 Nights or more: 50% room/tax
– Thanksgiving: 2 nights room/tax
– Christmas/New Years: 3 nights room/tax
– RESORT PACKAGES require a 100% deposit.
Holidays and special events include, but are not limited to the following: New Year’s, Presidents’ Day Weekend, Easter, Memorial Day Weekend, Independence Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Halloween, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. When booking online, a one night deposit is taken. The remainder will be charged by the hotel when we receive your reservation. A new confirmation showing the total deposit will be sent to your e-mail.
Upon check-in, an authorization of $125.00 on a major credit card will be added during your stay and released 24 hours upon check out.
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS:
The minimum age required to book a resort room reservation is 21 and older.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:
Our check-in time is after 3 PM, while check-out is 11:00 AM. We will do our best to accommodate both early arrival and late check-out requests. You are always welcome to enjoy our property should you arrive before 3:00 pm or need to stay after 11:00 am. Late Check Out Fees Can Apply. An additional full day rate will be charged to guests staying past the standard check-out time unless approved by management.
In keeping with the Florida Clean Air Act, all of our accommodations are smoke-free. Failure to respect this policy will result in a $250.00 cleaning fee billed to your account. We also provide for guests a designated non-smoking section poolside.
