All reservations canceled within the allotted time period will be refunded their deposit less an administrative fee $25.00 (see deposit policies below). Please note that package reservations have different deposit and cancellation policies. The administrative fee is non refundable once you make a reservation, even if your within the cancellation period.

Holidays and special events include, but are not limited to the following: New Year’s, Presidents’ Day Weekend, Easter, Memorial Day Weekend, Independence Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Halloween, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. When booking on-line, a one night deposit is taken. The remainder will be charged by the hotel when we receive your reservation. A new confirmation showing the total deposit will be sent to your e-mail.
Upon check in, an authorization of $125.00 on a major credit card will added during your stay and released 24 hours upon check out.
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS:
The minimum age required to reserve and stay at The Grand Resort and Spa is 21 and older.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:
Our check-in time is after 3PM, while check-out is 11:00AM. We will do our best to accommodate both early arrival and late check-out requests. You are always welcome to enjoy our property should you arrive before 3:00pm or need to stay after 11:00am. An additional full day rate will be charged to guests staying past the standard check-out time, unless approved by management.
In keeping with the Florida Clean Air Act, all of our accommodations are smoke-free. Failure to respect this policy will result in a $250.00 cleaning fee billed to your account. We also provide for guests a designated non-smoking section poolside.
